About Everyday
Everyday is a mental health initiative built on a simple belief: conversation changes culture. We exist to make talking about mental health as normal as talking about the weather.
From workshops and podcasts to products and partnerships, everything we create is designed to bridge the gap between mental health and everyday life.

How We Started
Everyday started with a simple idea: conversation is one of the most powerful tools we have for protecting and improving mental health.
Our founder, Jess, recognised that while we invest heavily in treating mental illness, we spend far less time helping people build the everyday conversations that strengthen connection, reduce loneliness, and support wellbeing.
So, we set out to change that.
What began as a simple Instagram page has now grown into a mental health organisation spanning products, workplace education, workshops, a podcast, and partnerships across New Zealand and Australia. Everything we create is designed to make meaningful conversations easier and prevent poor mental health outcomes.
Our Mission
To create a world where people feel safer talking about what they’re going through.
Our Values
Conversation First
We believe conversation is one of the most powerful tools for change, so we design everything we make to start one.
Evidence-Informed
Every product, workshop, and story we create is grounded in psychological research and lived experience.
Community-Led
We build with the communities we serve, not just for them, shaping our work around real conversations and real feedback.
